Who will pay for healthcare?

Try this on for size. Obama's not raising "ANY TAXES" on people making less than $250,000 per year. Really? What then is "Cap and Trade" if not a tax that will be passed on to you and me and all of us. What is the tobacco tax. That's huge! I don't smoke but, so what!
