Shocker I know, so far as I could tell, prayer was "Outlawed" years ago. This is a link sent to me by my brother in response to an email circulating around about the dad of a Columbine girl who was killed. Much of what he said was good, but there are other things that are either inaccurate or exaggerated. I got this email and it appeared that this was a recent statement from him, but it was 10 years ago, after the shooting.
